SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• Delivery Time for your order starts from the date of Order Confirmation. 
• We use the most reliable courier services for deliveries including bluedart, smarter and Delhivery.
• Shipments within India.
  
  The Usual Delivery Time for an order is 5 to 7 business days from the date of Order Confirmation* depending on the products ordered.
  For all orders within India, we offer free shipping. For deliveries within India, all prepaid orders are eligible for free shipping
  For Ready to Wear Sarees, an additional 7 business days will be required to deliver the product.
  For products with customization like blouse stitching and more, we would need additional 7-10 business days.
  For handcrafted products, it may take 15-20 working days for dispatch from the date of the order depending on the product ordered
  
  
  
  
• For any orders that are urgent and are required to be delivered within an early time frame, the client is requested to confirm with the Palash bon Team prior to placing the order.
  
  
• For dispatch of COD orders, our dispatch team will be contacting you to confirm the dispatch.
  
  
• Cash on delivery orders will be dispatched only on customers' confirmation for the same. For Prepaid orders, NO attempt for confirmation will be made, and the order will be dispatched within the 3 business days.
• In case, if there is no response to our calls/messages/email with a confirmation of dispatch within 3 days of our first attempt, for cash on delivery order, the order will be marked canceled at the end of the 3rd  day.
• In case the delivery is unsuccessful, due to any circumstances on the customers' end, the second attempt will be made on confirmation with the customer. 
• If, the second delivery attempt, is still unsuccessful due to any circumstances on the customers' end, for the subsequent third attempt the customer will have to bear extra charges for shipping. In case, the customer is unable to pay any such charges, the order will be marked as canceled and and we will not entertain any future orders from that customer.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to order dispatch. Once an order has been successfully dispatched, cancellation is not permitted, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
• At times orders can get delayed for reasons outside of our control. If your order is delayed beyond 2 weeks of the estimated Delivery Time for some unforeseen reasons, we will get in touch with you to check if you would still like to continue with your order.

Return Policy
To qualify for a return, the product must be returned within 1 calendar days of delivery in unused, undamaged condition, with all original tags and packaging. You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery to initiate the return process by emailing palashbon2024@gmail.com / call us on 9706816813.

Products purchased during sales, discounts, or with coupon codes, as well as items from clearance sales, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Refund Options
We offer two refund methods for your convenience:

Bank Transfer:

Receive approximately 100% of the product price
A return pickup charge need to bear by the customer.
Refunds are processed through:

Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe, or bank transfer (No cash refunds).

Product Inspection: Once the item arrives at our store, we will inspect its condition to verify eligibility for a refund.
Refund Issuance: After verification, we will confirm your refund amount via email or WhatsApp, and the refund will be processed within 2-3 business days.
Returning Your Product
360-Degree Video: Before opening the package, please send us a video showing the condition of the product.
Self-Ship: you may ship the item back at your own cost. Please include your order number and return ID in the package which you recieve through our email ( Return Confirmation Mail).
Exchange Policy
We offer free exchanges for eligible products. If you’d like to exchange an item, simply contact us, and once your request is approved, You need to send the Product to our Store (Address Mention above).After verifying the returned item, we will send you the new product at no extra charge.

Order Cancellation Policy
